About us
The Publishers’ Licensing Rights Manager, z.s. (SLPV) was established to manage the copyright ownership rights of publishers of online print publications. Our goal is to defend the rights of publishers in the Czech Republic against the users of their content, which include mainly large technology platforms, search engines, social networks and press monitoring services.

Organisational structure
General Meeting
It is the highest body of the SLPV and is convened at least once a year. In particular, it decides on the strategic direction, adopts basic documents, approves the results of management and elects members of the SLPV bodies.

Board of Directors
It is the statutory and executive body of the SLPV, manages the SLPV’s economy and decides on the admission of new members. Together with the Executive Director, he represents the SLPV externally.
